This month we will be talking about the benefits (and challenges) of measuring communications. The textbooks tell us that its important to clearly define what you set out to measure and that it needs to align with your communication objectives, but how do you know you’re gathering the right data in the right way?
The following questions are a starting point to help guide our conversation, but feel free to bring your own questions too!
- What are some tangible ways you can align your measurement so that the insights you gain move you closer to the outcomes your are trying to achieve?
- What tools do you use and how much time do you spend measuring analytics?
- What are some challenges you’ve experienced measuring the success of your communications, and how have you overcome them?
The March Coffee & Conversation is taking place over Zoom on Friday, March 5, at 8:00 am. This free event is open to all IABC Manitoba members, but space is limited, and you must register in advance by Thursday, March 4 at noon CT.
