Let’s “go” for coffee.

Saturday morning, May 23, 10 to 11 am CT, enjoy your coffee hot. Take an hour for yourself and have coffee with your peers in communications.

We know a coffee break during the week could be too tricky for you to manage right now. But, on Saturday mornings, the work week is done, home school is out and you can enjoy your coffee hot. Take an hour for yourself and have coffee with your peers in communications.

The theme for the first edition of IABC Manitoba’s virtual coffeehouse is communications show and tell.

Remember how excited you would get for show and tell when you were a kid?

It’s just as fun for adults, except instead of showing stuffed animals and action figures, we’re showing off our favourite communication tactic.

*Free to members and non-members

Communications show & tell inspiration

Consider showing:

• A new communication tactic you introduced at your workplace (e.g. newsletter)

• A new digital solution that you’ve learned and now use regularly (e.g. Workplace by Facebook)

• A communication tactic that you finally got over the finish line after many months or rounds of approval (e.g. Limitless!)

• A success story (e.g. Social post that connected with many)

If your communication is printed, you can hold it up to your camera to share or if it’s a digital communication, you can share your screen during our event with one click.

The communication you’re most proud of could be the idea someone else needs.
