IABC Manitoba strives to offer opportunities for connection and growth to our members and the greater network of communication professionals. Given recent Covid-19 events, we are re-examining our Chapter priorities and actions to best serve you for the short and long term. Due to our concern for your health and well being we will be postponing all events at least until at least till early May. We would like to thank our event contributors and will be working with you to determine our next steps.
Your IABC Manitoba team will continue to monitor Covid-19 conditions to determine the best way to serve our members and the greater professional communication community. One tool IABC is offering is the IABC Covid-19 Resource Centre. It has an excellent mixture of resources, including a free webinar on March 19th Communicating [in] Crisis: 4 Proven Strategies to Communicate in Quarantine. Also, stay engaged with us on social media throughout this period, as we share resources relevant to communicators working incredibly hard in this time of crisis.
