MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Are you a talented and professional communicator who is excited about the opportunity to create, edit, and coordinate a wide range of marketing materials for Canada’s fastest growing workforce management company? This position could be the right fit for you:
+ Create and coordinate production of communications materials including: brochures, advertisements, presentations, proposals, sales documents, product bulletins, web content, social media content, etc.
+ Provide sales operations support, including managing sales contracts, CRM tools, and referrals processes.
+ Write and edit copy for internal and external and communications and other means of advertising and PR.
+ Create, edit, and apply visually appealing photography, illustrations, and layouts to multimedia collateral.
+ Manage sponsorships and relationships with charitable partner organizations.
+ Manage promotional products by ordering and maintaining stock inventories.
+ Assist in the development of user documentation, including product bulletins and guides.
+ Coordinate tradeshow participation, promotions, campaigns, special events.
+ Work with the marketing team to bring fresh ideas and creativity in developing innovative campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Marketing, Public Relations, or Creative Communications diploma or degree and 3 years’ related work experience.
+ Exceptional writing and editing and strong desktop publishing skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
+ Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience in working within corporate communications is considered an asset.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak French considered an asset.
