Kiirsten May and Alex Varricchio are the co-owners of UpHouse, a marketing agency working to elevate in-house marketing teams and the brands they promote. Kiirsten and Alex previously worked for some of Winnipeg’s largest creative agencies, including Think Shift and McKim Communications Group, developing award-winning campaigns, creative concepts, brand strategies, and inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. Through UpHouse, Kiirsten and Alex work collaboratively with clients to invigorate their brands, create achievable marketing plans and cultivate the skills of their creative people. They bring the outside perspective that is needed for ideation and innovation.
