$58,460 to $62,990 (Wages are currently under review)

Delivers public relations and communications activities and services to engage the public, partners and stakeholders in the understanding, appreciation and support of the natural and cultural heritage places managed by Parks Canada.
Who Can Apply: Those residing in Canada and Canadian citizens residing abroad.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized college or university with specialization in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or other discipline relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience. Degree equivalency may be considered.
Providing communications and media relations analysis and services;
Development and delivery of strategies and plans related to communication and media relations;
Dealing with media in Canada;
Organizing special events such as news conferences and media briefings;
Contributing to communications products such as news releases, media lines andÂ analytical background material.
Bilingual – Imperative (BBB/BBB)
