Proven strategic and innovative communication leader needed

Lead a team of high-performing communication professionals in the delivery of strategic communication to engage, inform and inspire employees across the organization.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide a team that embraces learning and change to foster an environment of continuous improvement and drive excellence
  • Deliver effective, captivating internal communication including channels and content management, and linguistic services
  • Implement and measure internal communication strategies that engage and inform employees.
  • Create best in class interpretation and bilingualism practices to advance linguistic duality.

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, English or French and at least 15 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);
  • Fluency in both official languages
