Monique LaCoste, ABC, Communications Consultant | Trainer | Professional Em-cee

Monique LaCoste is a communications consultant, trainer and professional Em-cee who helps her clients inspire their audiences to action through the power of speech.

A long-time radio host and television news anchor at Radio-Canada Manitoba, Monique is passionate about communications and community. She’s worked in various communications roles in the non-profit sector including St-Boniface Hospital Foundation and Université de Saint-Boniface, earning her professional designation as an Accredited Business Communicator from IABC along the way.

Proud of her Francophone and Métis heritage, Monique has served on the boards of directors of several organizations including the 2017 Canada Summer Games, and the francophone local of the Manitoba Métis Federation.

Drawing on her experience on both sides of the microphone, Monique has hosted conferences and special events on the local, national and international stage, from the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver to the 2017 Canada Summer Games right here in Winnipeg.
