Jaysa Toet is the Founder of Lively Consulting, a talent acquisition consulting firm providing full-cycle recruitment, recruitment process consulting and recruitment training. Jaysa’s focus on livelihoods and the importance of career decisions is the “why” behind her work.
Her successful consulting background includes over nine years as a former Partner with Acuity HR Solutions leading search processes and building a recruitment division from the ground up, in addition to designing and implementing HR initiatives for companies across Manitoba. Jaysa’s expertise as a business leader combined with her CPHR, work in business development/marketing, and career development background, provides a strong approach to talent strategies.
Within Winnipeg’s academic, non-profit and business communities, Jaysa has dedicated her efforts to numerous committees including the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Advisory Council), MACD, and Chairing the Board of Youth Employment Services Manitoba.
